These were: building plots as well as adjacent allotment plots to improve development of the neighboring plot as well as: transformation of the right of perpetual usufruct, introduction of the right of ownership of the Social Housing Association (TBS) company.
b) Town sold 31 flats in total
c) Town purchased 62 allotment plots of total area of about 1 ha, with the purpose of building streets or preparing grounds for potential investors.
